1 Introduction

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals

GBAJ processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. GBAJ targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests, though processing times may vary depending on verification requirements and transaction volumes.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

9 Account Suspension and Closure

GBAJ reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if GBAJ has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, or if required to do so for compliance, legal, or risk management reasons.

If your account is suspended, GBAJ will communicate the reason for the suspension to you as soon as reasonably practicable. GBAJ will aim to resolve account suspensions within 14 business days of receiving all required information from the player.

If your account is closed as a result of a confirmed violation of these Terms, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real money funds may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to GBAJ, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
